Who is Lean Lego Game for?
Since we all deal with and use processes in some form both at work and home, Lean Manufacturing training is useful for everybody. Yet, its usually taken by Virginia Beach students working in manufacturing or service provision. In our course, Virginia Beach students learn:
Lean Lego Game Course Overview:
Rather than death by PowerPoint, experience waste, push vs. pull processes, kanban, kaizen, systems thinking, and work cells in a fun exercise. This workshop is intended for students fairly early in their Lean journey but can be a fun refresher for more advanced practitioners. It can be run in either a short or longer session which never goes past half-day. A typical day looks like this:

Excellent choice! Located at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay on the Atlantic coast, Virginia Beach is an oceanfront resort city. Its resort roots had an early beginning with the Virginia Beach Hotel after arrival of transportation services; rail later evolving into vehicular. Amusement parks hotels, and a convention center were developed. While largely tourism-based, the city's economy is also supported by manufacturing, defense, agriculture, insurance, and broadcasting. Virginia Beach also contains over 200 parks notably including Miyazaki Japanese Garden of Red Wing Park.
